We’re grateful for your interest in partnering with United Way of Northwest Georgia.
Together, we can make a lasting impact in our community.
At United Way of Northwest Georgia, we recognize that the needs of our community are constantly evolving. To stay responsive, we’ve created an ongoing admissions process that allows us to consider new partner agencies throughout the year.
A dedicated volunteer committee regularly reviews applications and identifies agencies that may align with United Way’s mission. These selected agencies then undergo a thorough review to determine if United Way funding and partnership are a strong fit.
This Admissions Information Handbook is your guide to the application process. We encourage you to review it carefully before submitting your application to ensure a clear understanding of our process and help us provide a timely response.
To ensure accountability and alignment with our mission, United Way’s Board of Directors has established minimum legal and organizational requirements for all partner agencies. Agencies that do not meet these eligibility criteria are not eligible to receive United Way funding or support.
Please review the Eligibility Requirements to confirm your agency meets the necessary qualifications. This step is essential to ensure a successful application process.
This charter ensures that all United Way partners uphold a high standard of service to our community. Our dedicated volunteers play a key role in overseeing how community contributions are invested, ensuring funds are used effectively and efficiently to support United Way partners, grantees, and essential services.
